Do you remember Songs To Learn And Sing? It was the popular feature we ran throughout last November where assorted friends, bloggers, musicians and patsies gave us the song they thought everyone should hear and told us in no small detail why. Go and have a look in the November 2006 portion of the archives to see how it worked.

Well, we're doing it again. Slightly more concisely this time - More Songs To Learn And Sing, as we're inevitably calling it, will run from June 1st to 20th inclusive. The advance notice is because we're giving ourselves plenty of time to source twenty new contributors, the thirty from the original run having had their chance. We do have some people in mind whom we'll contact independently, but for the most part you'll have to volunteer if you fancy it.

Don't worry about packdrill, you can just send us the song identity (the mp3 of which you might have to forward to us nearer the time as well, but we will endeavour to find it ourselves first) and writeup unbidden if you want in. Put yourself forward and we won't have to mention it every other day like last time. It'll be fun, up to a point.
